I didn't test very carefully, but P3 3.1 is working in Vista Business edition. On the other hand, it will not be supported by Primavera support. Use it on your own risk

Hello Erkam,
I've installed P3 3.1 on Vista Enterprise and works fine. If I'm not wrong, Vista Business edition and Enterprise edition have support for 16 bit programs also (P3 is 16 bit), but Vista Home edition doesn't have this support. Probably that's why you couldn't make P3 working on your computer. If you can change edition of your Vista with Business or Enterprise edition, you shouldn't have problem.

Hope this helps,

Ahmet Cetin

Thank you for your interest Mr Cetin. I have tried several times, now i found a solution, by the way if i couldn't i would upgrade to Vista Enterprise as well.
For information to other users, in vista home premium edition you can choose the compatibility mode before setting up issues. I have chosen compatible with windows XP then installation finalized. Now Vista supports primavera 3.1.

Thanks again,

Erkam BEZCI

I think you should check the driver of printer and port settings from your adobe pdf printer settings. If it doesn't work, alternatively, you can download and install cute pdf writer. It is faster and easy to use rather than adobe pdf writer

Hello Paul,
I've tested P3 in Vista 32bit, but I don't think that it will work on 64bit. P3 is a 16bit program, and Primavera is not supporting P3 on Vista even. Even P6 on 64bit is not supported (it works though, but Primavera is not supporting it). If you plan to use 64bit OS, I think it's time to upgrade P3 to P6 also

Cheers,

Ahmet Cetin
