What is PRMEmail?

PRMEmail is email notification server for Primavera® project management software (for version 5 and version 6 a.k.a. P5 and P6™). It is server software sending email to the related people (project managers, resources, administrators) about what is happening on their projects. Basically, it is capable of sending email when:

- New project created 
- New activity created 
- New resource assigned 
- Duration of an activity changed 
- Actual dates of an activity changed 
- Constraints of an activity changed 
- Planned dates of an activity changed 
- Resource replaced with another resource 
- Budgeted units of an assignment changed 
- Assignment deleted
